Why small group?
Adding group training creates lasting community bonds with members and trainers that will help you stay committed. With each session, you'll tackle a stimulating workout that blends proven methods that creates the perfect environment to attack fat loss. Your fellow members will not only keep you on track but also make your fitness journey enjoyable.

Q: How many people can attend one class at a time?
A: Max is 10
Q: Can anybody join small group?
A: I believe so - however, it is at a faster pace than personal training and large group training. You must know how to move around the weight room before taking small group training. The worse thing you can do in small group is slowing others down.
Q: Are these just for females?
A: No, this is definitely made for men as well. It will be modified based on who is present. You won’t see guys banging out hip thrusts. Nor women waiting to do incline barbell bench press.
Q: Can I drop in if I don’t want to commit?
A: Sure - hopefully the classes won’t be full. It will be a $50 drop in.
Q: What does the weekly split look like?
A: Mondays are leg days, w/ a focus on quads. Tuesdays are a push day w/ focus on chest and biceps. Wednesdays we rest. Thursday we have a pull day that is focused on back and triceps. Fridays we have legs w/ a focus on hamstrings and glutes.
Q: If we sign up for unlimited classes for small group do we get large group classes for free?
A: Yes, you will receive complimentary large group classes. Mondays at 430. Wed at 7p. Thursdays at 7p and Saturdays at 9a. But you won’t have 24/7 access for the gym.. You will need a membership for that.
Q: What is the difference between small group and large group training?
A: Small group has access to the red room for functionality as well as the weight room. Large group only gets the red room.
Large Group training
Why Large group?
Just like small group but you go at your own pace. You won’t have to worry about being in the way because everything is monitored by designated stations and time limits. Now just because its large group that does not mean you get to slack. Our coaches will push you to your absolute limit to get you to those goals faster than you normally would by yourself. If you are having a hard time following this format you may inquire about personal training to get 100% attention to focus on form and confidence.

A: I believe so - however, it is at a faster pace than personal training and small group training. We won’t be lifting weights but you will know how to move your body. But don’t worry our coaches will give you modifications if you have to work around injuries or limitations.
Q: Are these just for females?
A: No, this is definitely made for men as well. It will be modified based on who is present. The concepts will stay the same - but the approach may be adjusted.
Q: Can I drop in if I don’t want to commit?
A: Sure - hopefully the classes won’t be full. It will be a $20 drop in. You can scan the QR code before attending or you can venmo: @joshwise-fit before class to secure your spot.
