What makes our personal trainers stand out?

We hold ourselves to a higher standard than most trainers in the industry. You are not buying a workout you are paying for an experience. You can take our group classes if you are looking for a great workout. But if your desire is know the why’s and what, have the ability to slow the pace down and actually digest the information that is give. That was personal training is. You are learning, applying and developing your muscle and mind IQ.

With that said:

We will control posture.

We control rest periods.

We control the tempo.

We set our standards high so clients can follow our lead.

We won’t take your time for granted - you are paying for our attention - literally.

Why personal training?

Personalized training means that every second of your gym time is devoted to meeting your wants/needs. All clients will start with an FMS assessment or NASM overhead squat assessment to see if we have any limitations. Our first job is to keep you safe. As we progress week by week you will have a comprehensive workout program in addition to the recommended meal plan to guide you to your goals. Our trainers all have different backgrounds in the industry and our methods is not our business. The only method we will use is based on where you are and where you desire to be.

all members get one free personal training session every month that you are active.
